First-Time (New) Student
A student attending a post-secondary institution (beyond high school) for the first time.
A student who was enrolled at Kaua`i Community College during the previous semester (excluding summer session).
A student who was last enrolled at Kaua`i Community College and is returning to the college after an absence of one or more semesters.
A student who was last enrolled in another academic institution of a post-secondary nature.
