Degree Verifications
Once your degree is completed and posted to your academic record, you can request for an official transcript to confirm your degree status. To obtain a degree verification letter from the Admissions and Records Office, complete the Confirmation of Enrollment form. Please allow between 3-5 days to receive your degree verification letter.

Enrollment Verifications
The Admissions and Records Office can verify your enrollment status for current and future semesters for which you are officially registered at Kauai Community College including: anticipated graduation date, semester(s) of attendance, start and end dates for each semester, number of credits, or other pertinent information regarding your academic record.
To obtain an enrollment verification letter from the Admissions and Records Office, complete the Confirmation of Enrollment form. Please allow between 3-5 days to receive your enrollment verification letter.
Note: The enrollment verification reflects information as of the date of the request and confirms registration only and does not validate payment or attendance in the courses.

Outside Agency Verification
If you need the Admissions and Records Office to complete an outside agency’s form to verify your degree or enrollment, submit the Confirmation of Enrollment form and the agency’s form to the Admissions and Records Office or email arkauai@hawaii.edu.
Note: You must specify the semester you need verified and sign the form as indicated in order for your request to be processed.
Additional Information
- While requests are usually processed within five business days, it may take longer during peak periods (e.g., the beginning of the semester).
- There is no fee for the degree and enrollment verification letter.
- For your privacy, your verification will not include your Social Security Number or date of birth unless you have specifically requested they be included.
Third-Party (Online) Requests
Kauai Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide verification of enrollment and degree(s) earned from the college. Third parties (e.g., employers, background screening firms, etc.) can request a verification of enrollment and degree(s) earned by contacting the National Student Clearinghouse or at 703-742-4200.
