2009 Kauai Literature Festival

KCC's Service-learning program, co-sponsors of the 2009 Kauai Literature Festival, invite faculty, staff, students, friends and families in the Kauai community to this free event to be held Friday, April 24, 2009, from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm, in the Performing Arts Center.
This is a unique opportunity to attend live readings by guest authors and visit with them. Books by these authors may be borrowed from our Library. They are located on the display shelf next to the Reference Desk.
Faculty in various disciplines might want to build the festival into class, as themes may apply to topics you are covering.
Attached is a copy of the flyer with the names of the authors and their books.
Join us in celebrating the joy of reading!
