The Campus Garden: A Learning Center at Kauai Community College
Register now for the “Successful Gardening Course”
Instructed by experienced Kauai organic farmers, people of all ages are welcomed to learn successful gardening techniques.
WHAT: Learn to grow fresh organic food
-for your family
-for your friends
-for your neighbors
-for yourself
WHEN: Every Saturday from 8am until noon
Every Wednesday 4pm until 6pm
Other days as announced
WHERE: At Kauai Community College's Campus Garden
WHO:
-The Instructors: Experienced Kauai Organic Farmers
-The Students: People of all ages, and folks like YOU
-Children welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult
WHY: To help Kauai achieve food self-sufficiency
-To increase the supply of wholesome food for our island
-To reduce the money spent on imported foods
-To acquire the skills to start a home garden or community garden
